Product Overview
The Airmar Technologies SS505-DO-BL is a 600-watt, dual-frequency thru-hull transducer designed to provide accurate depth readings. It operates at 50 kHz with a 45° beamwidth for deep-water tracking and 200 kHz with a 12° beamwidth for detailed shallow-water target separation. Featuring a compact, impact-resistant stainless steel stem with a fixed 0° tilt, it is suitable for installation on all hull types, including planing and displacement powerboats, commonly fiberglass and wood. The transducer connects via a Navico blue 7-pin connector. Airmar High-Performance Fairings are recommended for optimal performance, and a kit to isolate the stem from metal hulls is included to minimize electrolytic corrosi
