The TRUE TRU-FXK-1019 PrimalForge Cleaver Knife features a 7.87-inch blade crafted from 5Cr15MoV stainless steel, designed for heavy-duty kitchen tasks. It is constructed with a full tang for enhanced strength and durability. The knife includes a 5.09-inch ergonomic handle made from water-resistant Monzo wood, and the blade has a stonewash finish. Measuring 3.54 inches in width and having an assembled weight of 1.8 pounds, this cleaver is suited for sectioning large cuts of meat, cutting through bone and joints, chopping thick fruits and vegetables, flattening meat, and smashing garlic. A custom sheath is included for storage and protection. Hand washing is recommended for maintenance.
