Product Overview
The Aluminum Wide Drop Plate is a mounting accessory for PR40 series surface mounted door closers. It provides a mounting surface for the closer body in applications where clearance or mounting surface dimensions are limited. This plate is suitable for top jamb mounts when overhead ceiling clearance is less than 1-3/4". It also allows for parallel arm installations when the door rail is less than 2-1/2" high. The plate measures 9-3/4" in length and 3-3/8" in height. It is constructed with an aluminum finish. Mounting hardware is included for installation.
