A single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane foam sealant, Anchor Allied USA model 51002 is designed for filling, insulating, and sealing gaps around windows and doors. This 24 oz, gun-applied formulation features minimal expansion to prevent bowing or warping of frames and jambs. It creates a permanent, waterproof, and airtight seal, offering excellent adhesion to wood, metal, masonry, glass, and most plastics. The foam is resistant to water absorption due to its closed-cell structure and contributes to reducing air infiltration, enhancing insulation, and improving energy efficiency. It is environmentally safe, containing no CFCs, HCFCs, Formaldehyde, or VOCs.
