The heat-activated adhesive is integrated into the sleeve of the heat shrink tubing in Ancor heat shrink connections. These connectors provide a watertight seal and provide the best vibration and strain reduction when heated pure copper for optimal current flow, tinned for corrosion resistance. The heat-activated adhesive lining seals off the saltwater, oil, acids, and sunlight while also giving strain relief. Key Features: UL-listed and CSA-approved.
