Using a choke solenoid would make your life much easier because, without a choke, internal combustion may not start up when cold. The choke helps the engine start by increasing the amount of fuel in the combustion chamber. The Plunger for the unit is sold separately. If you find your choke not working or the plunger not moving, this is the best product for you. Soon as you replace the non-working choke, your boat should startup like new.
