Product Overview
The Arrowhead Brass & Plumbing FA50M10 is a 10-inch anti-siphon frost-free wall hydrant designed to provide outdoor water access while protecting against freezing and backflow. It features a 1/2-inch Male Iron Pipe (MIP) inlet and a 3/4-inch hose thread outlet. Constructed from lead-free brass alloy and chrome-plated, this hydrant automatically drains upon shut-off when properly installed with a downward pitch, preventing water from freezing within the pipe. The integrated anti-siphon valve, also known as a vacuum breaker, protects potable water systems from contamination due to backpressure or back-siphonage. It is cUPC and NSF61 approved, conforms to NSF 372, and is certified to ASSE 1019-A by IAPMO, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes. This unit can withstand maximum pressures of 125 PSI and maximum temperatures of 180°F
