Product Overview
The National Guard Products (NGP) B606 Door Sweep and Perimeter Gasket is constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy for the casing and features a polyamide (nylon) brush seal. This 84-inch long gasketing system includes a 3/4-inch tall aluminum casing with a 1/2-inch brush height. It is designed for surface mounting with #6 x 3/4-inch stainless steel sheet metal screws, featuring slotted holes for easy adjustment during installation. The dark bronze anodized aluminum finish typically comes with a black nylon brush. This product is BHMA certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.22 for heat, cold, air infiltration, and smoke infiltration (Category H, tested to UL 1784). It is UL Classified for fire doors up to 3 hours (hollow metal) and 90 minutes (wood) per ANSI/UL10B/10C. The nylon brush offers excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, moisture resistance, and retains insecticides well, performing in temperatures from -70°F to 425°F.
