Product Overview
The Bard EHWA036A-C15 electric heat kit provides 15 kilowatts (51,195 BTU/hr) of supplemental electric heating for compatible HVAC systems. Designed for use with Bard W36AY series wall-mount air conditioners, this field-installable kit operates on 460V, 3-phase, 60Hz electrical power. It is compatible with current-generation Bard AY-series units using R-454B refrigerant and includes a factory-installed 80 amp circuit breaker. Safety features include automatic limit and thermal cut-off controls. The unit weighs 12 lbs and features a point suspension element support system to prevent hot spots.
