BEST 8T2/8T3 Deadbolt Tube Assemblies

The 8T is often paired with a cylindrical lock in commercial office spaces, residential applications and other spaces where there is a greater need for security—and, more specifically, a deadbolt that is more resistant to brute force attack. The 8T is also available with lead line options, making it a good solution for radioactive doors (MRI, x-ray, etc.) in healthcare facilities.

For use with T Series Tubular Deadbolts.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Deadbolt: 8T2/8T3: 1" throw, 5/8" x 7/8" solid stainless steel bolt. Housing fits 1" bore.
  • 8TD2B Deadbolt Tube Assembly:
    • Bolt throw: 1".
    • Backset 2-3/8".
    • Faceplate brass or bronze, 1" x 2-1/4". self-adjusting and reversible for either door hand.
    • Tube: steel, fits 1" diameter bore.
  • 8TD25 Drive-in Bolt Tube Assembly:
    • Bolt throw: 1".
    • Backset: 2-3/8".
    • Faceplate: brass or bronze, circular.
    • Tube: steel, fits 1" diameter bore.
  • 8TD3B Deadbolt Tube Assembly:
    • Bolt throw: 1".
    • Backset: 2-3/4".
    • Faceplate: brass or bronze, 1-1/8" x 2-1/4", self-adjusting and reversible for either door hand.
    • Tube: steel, fits 1" diameter bore.
  • 8TD35 Drive-in Bolt Tube Assembly:
    • Bolt throw: 1".
    • Backset: 2-3/4".
    • Faceplate: brass or bronze, circular.
    • Tube: steel, fits 1" diameter bore.
