The B&K model 221-204 tub and shower faucet is constructed with a chrome-plated brass body and hybrid plastic waterways, designed for durability and corrosion resistance. It features a single acrylic handle for water temperature and flow control. The faucet operates at a maximum flow rate of 1.8 gallons per minute (GPM) at 80 PSI. It includes a showerhead and tub spout, and utilizes a compression cartridge valve system with replaceable ball and seats. Installation is typically for 3-hole setups with 1/2-inch threaded connections and a 4-inch center distance for the tub spout. This faucet meets ASME A112.18.1M and applicable plumbing standards.
