The Black Chrome Single Glass Door Lock-Randomly Keyed is a locking mechanism for single glass doors. Constructed from aluminum with a black chrome finish, this lock is designed for glass doors up to 1/4" thick. The lock features a no-drill design, allowing for mounting on the top or bottom edges of a glass door when used with a jamb-mounted strike plate, or on the vertical meeting edge of double glass doors when used with a matching strike plate. Each lock includes one jamb-mounted strike plate and two keys. This lock is randomly keyed. For blank replacement keys cut on one side, order Cat. No. BKEY, and for blank replacement keys cut on two sides, order Cat. No. B2KEY. This lock is suitable for use in hospitality and display shelving systems, including service windows and doors. The no-drill installation simplifies the setup process on glass surfaces. The black chrome finish provides a consistent aesthetic for glass door hardware. The lock is intended for use on glass doors where drilling is not desired or possible, providing a functional solution for securing display cases or service windows.
