Manufacturing process
CRL uses only the highest quality primary ingots for billet castings, as well as the top-grade plastic channels. Alloy analysis is done using spectrometers, tensile testers and impact testers for consistent results. Stainless steel moldings are made from 316 and 304 Alloy.
You can order virtually any shape extrusion from your drawings or samples. CRL's die makers will design and produce tools to a high tolerance with CNC Machine efficiency. Available services include hole punching and drilling, cutting, processing, assembly, accessory fitting, stamping, mechanical polishing, and packaging with fasteners. Please note, minimum order for custom orders may be required.
With several years of experience handling and packaging extrusions, CRL is capable of designing a variety of sound and secure packing methods. Finishes surfaces are well protected by polywrapping individual lengths, and tightly packed full case shipments ensure delivery of flawless materials in time for projects.

Satin anodized 1/4'' single aluminum channel
D631A is available in the same four finishes as CRL's D630 Square Extrusion. The .308" (7.82 mm) channel width allows for vinyl packing around glass of 3/16" and 7/32" thickness.
Brushed stainless steel 3/8'' radiused back steel U-channel
SAC38BS is used to secure glass panels to the Tubing in Partition Post and Sneeze Guard installations. They are easily attached to the Tubing with screws.

Satin anodized aluminum 1/2'' J-channel
D12A is used for 7/16" and 1/2" (11.1 and 12 mm) thick materials. Each stock length is individually polywrapped to prevent scratching.
