Rails are shipped in secure packaging to prevent warping and should be left intact until installed. Packaged product should be moved to installation location and allowed to adjust to the humidity prior to unpacking. Wood Cap Rails and Hand Rails are shipped in stock lengths and will need to be cut, sanded and stained by others.
NOTE: All Wood Cap Rails and Hand Rails are made to order and cannot be returned. All sales are final. Important Notes: Caps Rails shown with Adapter Strips which are sold separately. When using CRL Blumcraft®'s 397, 372, and 373 Series Cap Rails, it is important to install the Stainless Steel Adapter Strips onto the glass edge with Very High Bond Cladding Tape before installing your Cap Rail.
