Product Overview
A boiler drain valve, such as the Boshart Industries PENL-BD07, is designed for draining water and sediment from boilers, water heaters, and pressure tanks during maintenance, repair, or to prevent freezing. This valve features a cast brass body and a 3/4 inch Male Iron Pipe (MIP) inlet connection. It is rated for 125 lb. Cold Working Pressure (CWP) and includes a stuffing box for sealing the valve stem. The valve's full-flow design allows for efficient drainage. The Series 103 valve is CSA approved and certified to NSF/ANSI 61-8, ensuring compliance with lead-free standards for potable water applications.
