Product Overview
This Boshart Industries PENL-PFMA0507 push-fit male adapter is constructed from 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and features a 360° locking collar. It connects 1/2-inch Copper Tube Size (CTS) push-fit piping to 3/4-inch Male Pipe Thread (MPT) connections. Designed for use with copper, CPVC, PEX, and PE-RT piping, this fitting is suitable for potable water and hydronic heating systems. It eliminates the need for soldering, crimping, or solvent welding, and is approved for behind-the-wall and underground installations (with proper wrapping). The adapter is lead-free, reusable, and comes with stiffeners for PEX piping, which can be removed for copper installations. It is rated for a maximum pressure of 300 PSI and a maximum temperature of 200°F (93°C). The fitting complies with ASSE 1061-2020, UPC, IPC, National Plumbing Code of Canada, and is NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certifi
