Compatible with PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT, and HDPE tubing, it enables tool-free installation without the need for soldering, crimping, or solvent welding. Boshart push-fit fittings are typically constructed from lead-free brass or 304 stainless steel, are suitable for potable water applications, and are often rated for pressures up to 300 PSI and temperatures up to 200°F, complying with standards such as NSF 61 and NSF 372
