Product Overview
This 18-inch water heater connector, Boshart Industries model PENL-PFWH07-18, features a 3/4-inch Push-Fit (PF) connection on one end and a 3/4-inch Female Pipe Thread (FPT) connection on the other, designed for connecting water lines to water heaters. Constructed from lead-free, dezincification-resistant brass, it ensures durability and potable water safety. The Push-Fit end allows for tool-free installation on copper, PEX, CPVC, PE-RT, and HDPE pipes, compatible with Copper Tube Size (CTS) dimensions. It can be rotated after installation for convenience. This connector is rated for pressures up to 200 PSI and temperatures up to 200°F (93°C). It is certified by IAPMO, ASSE 1061/NSF 68, UPC, IPC, cUPC, and NSF/ANSI 372 and 61 standards, indicating compliance with plumbing and drinking water safety regulation
