Product Overview
The Boshart Industries PENL-PFWHV07-18 is a 3/4-inch no-lead ball valve designed for water heater connections in plumbing and hydronic heating systems. It features a 3/4-inch Push-Fit connection on one end and a 3/4-inch Female Pipe Thread (FPT) connection on the other. Constructed from forged DZR (dezincification resistant) lead-free brass, this valve is suitable for use with copper, CPVC, PEX, PE-RT, and HDPE piping. It is certified lead-free to NSF/ANSI 372 and NSF/ANSI 61, and is cUPC and ASSE 1061-2006 listed. The valve is rated for a maximum pressure of 200 PSI at 200°F and incorporates a full-port design for optimal flow. Its Push-Fit design eliminates the need for soldering, crimping, or solvent welding, and includes an integral polysulfone tube stiffener for PEX, PE-RT, and HDPE installations. It can be used in underground and behind-the-wall applications when properly wrapped to prevent corrosion
