This Bostitch PTMC13115GAL1M metal connector nail is designed for fastening metal framing connectors, such as joist hangers, hurricane ties, and rafter ties, to wood. Each nail measures 1-1/2 inches in length with a .131 inch shank diameter and features a smooth shank, full round head, and diamond point. The nails are hot-dipped galvanized for superior corrosion resistance, making them suitable for exterior applications and use with ACQ pressure-treated lumber. They are paper collated at a 35-degree angle for use in compatible nail guns, such as the Bostitch F33PT, StrapShot MCN-150, and MCN-250, ensuring clean operation by leaving no plastic residue. Manufactured from steel, these nails offer a bend yield of 100,000 PSI and are supplied in a box containing 1000 units.
