The Brass European Top Door Patch Fitting with 1NT303 Insert is designed for use in commercial and residential door hardware applications. This top patch fitting is constructed with a high density cast body and includes a 1NT303 insert. It is compatible with 19/32" diameter pivots, including the CRL860 top walking beam pivot, 1NT401 surface mount top pivot, and 1NT405 threaded top pivot. The fitting is suitable for 3/8" or 1/2" glass thickness, with gaskets supplied for proper installation. Glass fabrication requires one 3/4" diameter hole and a corner notch. For doors using 3/8" or 1/2" glass, the maximum weight capacity is 176 lbs and the maximum width is 43". When using 1/2" glass, the maximum height is 102", maximum weight is 194 lbs, and maximum width is 42". This fitting features a 2-9/16" pivot setback, a 6-7/16" length, and a 2" height. It is finished in polished brass. Note that this fitting is not for use with laminated glass. Template and instructions are included.
