Product Overview
The Bronze 84" Euro Retractable Screen Door Kit is a screening solution for residential door openings. Constructed with extruded aluminum top and bottom rails, jamb, and screen pocket, this kit features a charcoal fiberglass screen mesh for visibility. The unit is non-handed and field reversible, allowing for installation on either left or right openings. It is suitable for mounting on the outside of inswinging doors or the inside of outswinging doors. The door kit accommodates openings up to 84" in height and 48" in width, with the ability to be sized to specific dimensions using two simple chop saw cuts. The design includes a positive lift and latch handle for operation. The screen mesh is guided by top and bottom rails equipped with heavy wool pile to maintain the mesh position. If the mesh is pulled from the tracks, it can be reset by retracting the screen into the housing and pulling the door closed. The components include vinyl end caps and handles with a UV additive. The finish is a Bronze. Mounting hardware is included for surface mounting to the exterior jamb.
