CRL WA175 Insulating Glass Adapter Channel is used to replace most single glaze aluminum sliding and steel casement, wood stop and wood putty windows with a 7/8" (22 mm) sealed insulating glass unit. The insulating glass unit can be a 5/8" (16 mm) airspace double glazed or a 1/4" (6.4 mm) airspace triple glazed unit. All of the components of the existing window frame will be reused.
The CRL WA175 Channel uses our WV3868 Glazing Vinyl, and the corners may be fastened by using either our AC3 Corners or 8" x 1-1/4" (8 x 32 mm) pan head sheet metal screws.
