Product Overview
Strong and sturdy, these stands provide dependable support for boats stored on land. Use Brownell Keel Stands in place of conventional wood blocks. Use one keel stand for each 10,000 pounds / 4,550 kilograms of vessel weight, spaced evenly along the keel. Always use a minimum of two keel stands. Boats should be stored on a flat, even surface. On softer surfaces, a wash plate is recommended under the base of each keel stand. Use Brownell Boat Stands to stabilize the vessel.
