This CRL Heavy-Duty Fin Stabilized Spider Fitting can be used with 1/2" (12 mm) to 3/4" (19 mm) facade glass, 3/4" (19 mm) glass, or metal fins to stabilize the deflections associated with wind and stack load pressures, while maintaining an 'all-glass' look.
The Heavy-Duty Fin Stabilized Spiders are an economical choice for most projects. Each Spider is supplied with the countersunk swivel glass fastening fittings. Alternate glass fasteners are available separately.
NOTE: To determine whether Regular-Duty or Heavy-Duty Spider Fittings are needed for your application, please consult local building requirements and a licensed structural engineer.
