Product Overview
The Brushed Stainless AMR Series Patch Lock is a component for commercial and residential door hardware, designed for use on glass doors. This patch lock is constructed from a high density cast body with a lock mechanism, providing a functional solution for door security. It can be mounted on the top or bottom of doors, or on the vertical edge of the door, where it can be secured to a jamb using a keeper. The unit is compatible with 3/8" and 1/2" glass thicknesses, and includes gaskets for these applications. The lock bolt has a diameter of 5/8" and a bolt length of 11/16". The overall dimensions of the unit are 2" in height and 6-7/16" in width. Glass fabrication is required for installation: top or bottom mounts require one 3/4" diameter hole and one corner notch, while side mounts require one 3/4" diameter hole and one U-cutout. This lock is finished in brushed stainless steel. Please note that cylinders are not included and must be ordered separately. The unit comes with a template and instructions for installation.
