Product Overview
The Calibre ADA Overhead Concealed Closer is engineered for accessibility and performance in commercial and public environments. Featuring extra-light spring tension for ADA compliance (5.0 lb. and 8.5 lb. opening force options), this mechanical closer provides smooth, quiet operation and full compliance with accessibility standards for center hung doors.
Ideal for aluminum storefront doors, it offers universal application for both center and offset hung configurations. The closer features a 105 degree back stop with hold-open capability, non-handed design, and independent closing and latching valve controls for post-installation adjustment. Certified to UL10C and UBC 7.2 standards, it is rated for positive pressure fire safety applications.
