Product Overview
The C.A. Technologies Jaguar J100H is an HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) gravity feed air spray gun designed for general purpose finishing, suitable for both automotive and wood applications. This model, CP-J100H-W, includes four needle/nozzle setups (1.0 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.5 mm, and 1.7 mm) to accommodate a range of materials. It features 100% stainless steel fluid passages, making it compatible with both solvent-based and waterborne industrial, wood, and automotive finishes. The gun comes equipped with a 1-quart (approximately 700-750cc) aluminum gravity cup for efficient material transfer. It is engineered for low CFM operation, capable of functioning effectively with smaller compressors (as low as 2 HP) and air caps requiring 6 CFM at 15 psi. The air inlet is 1/4" NPS (m), and the gun weighs approximately 20-25 ounces. This spray gun complies with HVLP environmental regulations.
