Christy's Wet or Dry Conditions is a high performance, hot cement specially formulated for demanding conditions. Christy Wet or Dry will quickly bond PVC pipe and fittings for fast pressurization and maximum productivity. Wet or Dry PVC cement works in all weather conditions and can be used as one-step cement (no primer) where codes permit. Christy's Wet or Dry is ideal for repair situations but can also be used for new installations.
