The same sophisticated European design that has made our Geneva Series so prominent is accessible in a miniature version, the junior Geneva, to offer flexibility of application. Used to accommodate 1/4" (6 mm) to 5/16" (8 mm) thick glass, the junior Geneva is made of strong brass. There are three wall mount styles alongside 90º, 135º, and 180º Glass-to-Glass styles. The Junior Geneva is self-focusing and accessible in up to 12 stock completions. They contain an alterable pivot pin for optional 5º tighter door closure. Standard reversible pivot pin: Every junior Geneva hinge contains an alterable pivot pin. One side of the pin is tagged at 90º. The inverse side of the pin is tagged 85º, which will permit the door to close 5º further into the shower. The pin can be turned (not flipped upside down) to initiate the other side. CUSTOM Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are accessible to accommodate "off-angle" establishments. As an example, you might collision a wall that will not meet your door at 90º. If the standard 5º pivot pin contained in the hinge does not help with shutting the door to the desired position, you may specify the angle required for a custom pivot pin (up to 45º). Utilizing two hinges with 1/4" to 5/16" glass (6 to 8 mm) the hinge will hold up to 62 lbs. (28 kg) with an extreme door width of 28" (711 mm). Utilizing three hinges with 1/4" to 5/16" glass (6 to 8 mm) the hinge will hold up to 92 lbs. (42 kg) with an extreme width of 32" (813 mm).
