The BR05 Door Straightener/Stiffener is an aluminum profile with adjustable threaded rod for reinforcing tall wood doors to resist warping. Mounted vertically in the middle of the door, only one profile is required for door widths of 700 mm (27-1/2 in) or less. For doors wider than 700 mm (27-1/2 in), use two profiles

Ideal for doors in environments with variable humidity levels and doors with a heavy finish on one face, such as laminated or painted doors.
Features:
- Select from painted black or raw (unfinished) aluminum so that you can finish to your own color
- Adjustment at one end, typically at the top end of the door
- The profile can be installed from the top to the bottom of the door or set in 90 mm (3-1/2 in) from the top and bottom of the door
- The profile can be cut to a minimum of 400 mm (15-3/4 in)
- Select from 3 sizes for door heights ranging from 1600 mm to 2800 mm (63 in to 110 in)
Important : We cannot guarantee that the hardware will straighten a door that is already warped or bent.
Use metric dimensions for the best accuracy during installation.
