Product Overview
The Kozy World GLD2466R / Comfort Glow GLD2470R is a 24-inch vent-free dual fuel gas log set designed to replicate a traditional wood-burning fire. It operates on either natural gas or liquid propane and produces up to 33,000 BTU per hour, capable of heating areas up to 1,400 square feet. The set features 6 or 8 hand-painted, realistic deep-textured oak logs made from refractory ceramics, complemented by a U-shaped ember burner chassis for dancing flames and a glowing ember bed. An included thermostatic remote control allows for convenient temperature adjustment and displays room conditions. For safety, it is equipped with an Oxygen Depletion Sensor (ODS) and is ANSI certified. This 99.9% efficient system requires no chimney or outside ductwork but must be installed in a masonry or agency-approved firebox, and it may not function properly at elevations above 4,500 feet.
