Which Commercial Door Handle Pull Suits Your Door?

Two rules save most of the returns on this page. Bolt length follows the thickness of what you're bolting through, so a glass bolt won't reach across a 1-3/4 in. door and a door bolt will stand proud of glass. And some kits only fit their own family: CRL's VTB4CH is for Variant series pulls, while FHC's 891TSB shoulder bolts and 891TPHMCA kit fit the FHC 89 series and nothing else.

Commercial Glass Door Pulls: Measure the Holes, Not the Door

Tempered glass can't be cut or drilled after tempering, so the holes in your entrance are permanent. Commercial glass door pulls have to match that spacing exactly, which makes center-to-center the only number that matters. Measure hole center to hole center, order to that figure, and buy the TB2CH bolts sized for glass rather than the longer door bolts.

Do You Need Commercial Push Pull Door Hardware, or Two Pieces?

A set if the door is one-directional and busy: pull on the approach side, push bar on the exit side, both shipped matched. CRL's set pairs a 10 in. CTC pull with a 33 in. CTC push bar at 2-1/4 in. projection, built for a 36 in. narrow stile door and carrying a one-year warranty. Brixwell's equivalent runs the same 10 x 33 in. layout.
