The 8000C is designed for easy installation with no cutting on the frame required. The 8000C has a concealed design, vertical adjustability and works with cylindrical locksets with a 5/8" throw latchbolt. Each Complete Pac conveniently pairs the reliability of HES electric strike with the flexibility of multiple faceplates in a single simple package. The 8000C includes an 8000 strike body, the 801 faceplate for cylindrical locksets in ANSI metal jambs and the 801A faceplate for cylindrical locksets or spring latches in aluminum frames.
The 8000 Series has a uniquely concealed design for use with cylindrical locksets.
This 8000 series is a high performance electric strike that is compact in size. No cutting on the frame is required. Its strength is derived from a unique keeper pin locking design, enabling the 8000 to exceed the ratings of the frame, door and locking hardware. * Note: The change in model number from 5900 to 8000 highlights the increased compatibility of this premium line.
