Product Overview
6550 2K catalyzed urethane primer is a two component, easy sanding, fast dry primer surfacer designed for use under most all topcoat finishes. 6550 produces excellent color and gloss holdout with all basecoat/clearcoat finishes. This primer can be applied as a high build for maximum filling or as a normal build surfacer. Adhesion and corrosion resistance are strong points as well as solvent resistance to help maintain superior gloss in topcoat finishes. 6550 is also tintable so it can be made to approximately match the topcoat color. 6550 cures firm not rubbery.
