  • For best tool life, use lower speeds up to 800RPM max and avoid impact drivers.
  • Larger E-Z Chamfer sizes of 18-24mm should run at 600RPM, 23-29mm at 400RPM and 30-38mm at 300RPM.
  • Just 1-3 threads usually need chamfering to achieve a clean start.
