CRL D45AX CTD Fixed Double End 45 Degree Miter Saw

The CRL CTD D45AX Fixed 45 Degree Miter Saw represents the state-of-the-art in semi-automatic profile cutting. The saw arm, pivot brackets, and tabletop are precision-machined, ground-iron castings with milled slots for guide pivot brackets and fences.
The 34-1/2" (876 mm) tall table features a fully enclosed heavy gauge steel base with a 6" (152 mm) dust outlet and built-in scrap chute. The D45AX will accept 10" (254 mm), 12" (305 mm), or 14" (356 mm) Saw Blades. The individual saw heads are adjustable to compensate for blade variations resulting in minimized scrap. Another feature unique to the D45AX is the ability for adjustment of the blade position above the material to be cut and the precise length of the down stroke to cut that material. This allows minimal stroke time and maximum production. The D45AX is capable of cycling at one second intervals though actual cycle times, depending on material being cut.
The CRL D45AX comes fully equipped with the following components: Air Package with Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator with auto-drain, Pneumatic Foot Valve Actuator, two Vertical Air Clamps, two 60" (1.52 m) Work Table Extensions (left and right), Extended Fence Gauge with Manual Stop, Dual Magnetic Starters, Chip Breaker Support, and Blade Guard Interlock Switch. Factory configured for 12" (305 mm) Blades, (CRL Cat. No. CSB12X120AX sold separately).
