Product Overview
A boning knife with superior grip and control for any sized catch. This boning knife is corrosion-resistant and stays sharper longer thanks to its titanium-bonded 4116 stainless steel blade. It features a precision ground curved blade for processing small to large catch. The full tang design adds strength and features a scale pattern, non-slip grip handle for added grip when hands are wet or slimy. Optional sheath with reversible belt loop is available to store and protect blade.
