Product Overview
The Custom Building Products ARL4000QT AcrylPro Ceramic Tile Mastic Adhesive is a ready-to-use, professional-grade white adhesive for interior wall and floor tile installations. This sag-resistant formula is composed of acrylic copolymers, calcium carbonate, and inorganic materials, designed for high bond strength with small format ceramic, mosaic, porcelain, and most gauged stone tiles. It is suitable for areas with intermittent water exposure, such as tub surrounds and shower walls, meeting ANSI A136.1, Type 1 requirements. Recommended for tiles up to 8 inches (20 cm) on any side, it can be used for tiles up to 15 inches (38 cm) with significantly increased drying times. The 1-quart (0.95 L) container covers approximately 15 sq. ft., and the minimum dry time for 8x8 inch (20.3x20.3 cm) tiles is 24-72 hours before grouting. This adhesive has a VOC level of 65 g/L and is for indoor use only.
