The DAP Ready-Mixed Concrete and Masonry Patch, Model 31090, is a convenient, latex-based compound designed for repairing holes, cracks, breaks, and spalls in concrete and masonry surfaces. This pre-mixed, fiber-reinforced formulation eliminates the need for mixing, providing a durable and shrink-resistant repair suitable for interior and exterior use. It is ideal for tuck-pointing brickwork, bonding broken concrete or brick pieces, and spot leveling applications. The patch offers resistance to moisture, UV rays, and temperature fluctuations, ensuring reliable performance across various weather conditions. Supplied in a 1-gallon container, it dries to a light gray finish that can be painted with latex paint after 2 to 4 hours or alkyd paint after 24 hours. Tools and hands clean easily with soap and water.
