Product Overview
Extend the life of steering cables and other gear with Max-Lube lubricant. Compared to other synthetic and premium oils, synthetic Max-Lube offers superior rust and corrosion protection and greater stability at high and low temperatures (flows at 40 degree C). Max-Lube is recommended for all types of boat steering cables, all type of gears (regardless of size, load, or service), fishing reels, guns and bike chains. Max-Lube virtually eliminates wear and corrosion on all metals, ferrous or nonferrous. If you plan on lubricating your steering cables with Max-Lube, consider using it as part of the Lube II Kit (Davis #425) (Model 394447) or as part of the Cable Buddy Kit (Davis #420) (Model 398750), which includes a 3oz. bottle of Max-Lube.
