The Deal Drawer is designed for controlled transaction handling at teller windows, cashier stations, and service counters in commercial and institutional environments. This recessed transaction drawer allows cash, documents, ID cards, and small items to be passed between staff and customers while maintaining separation at the counter opening. The unit is manufactured from stainless steel and finished in brushed stainless steel to match common counter and window hardware. The drawer is designed to be recessed into the front edge of the countertop, creating a flush appearance after installation and supporting clean counter layouts. Overall outside dimensions measure 15-3/4" width x 16-1/4" depth x 4-15/16" height. Inside usable space measures 12-3/8" width x 13-1/4" depth x 2-7/8" height, providing room for cash trays, envelopes, paperwork, and small items used during daily transactions. Ball bearing glides allow smooth sliding movement, and a full-width rear handle supports controlled operation from the staff side. A lid is included and is designed not to open while the drawer is extended, supporting controlled access during use. Glazing above the flat hood section acts as a barrier while allowing normal drawer operation. Counter fabrication is required prior to installation, and instructions are included.
Installation Steps (Silicone Sealant Method)-
1) Cut the counter opening to the required size per drawing.
2) Apply securing tape to the tray lip and counter edge for protection.
3) Apply a bead of clear silicone to the underside of the tray lip.
4) Place the tray into the opening, allow silicone to cure, then trim excess.
