The Deluxe Deep Drop-In Deal Tray is designed for secure and organized transaction handling at service counters in commercial and institutional environments. This drop in deal tray is used at transaction windows, reception counters, and service desks where cash, documents, identification cards, and small packages are passed between staff and customers while maintaining separation. The transaction tray is made from stainless steel and finished in brushed stainless steel to match common counter and window hardware. Its rectangular shape and deep dish interior allow larger items to rest securely inside the tray during transfers. The deeper design supports smoother handling of envelopes, document bundles, and boxed items that may not fit into shallow trays. Overall dimensions measure 18" width x 14-1/8" depth x 2-3/8" height, with a forward projection of 2-7/8". These measurements allow the tray to fit into standard countertop cut-outs while providing added depth for item control. The drop-in design allows the tray to sit flush with the counter surface once fabrication is completed. Cut-out information is available to support proper countertop preparation. A non-slip surface helps limit item movement during transactions. The tray also includes a keyed locking system that supports controlled access when the tray is not in use. Installation instructions are included. Typical installation involves cutting the countertop opening, placing the tray into position, and securing it based on site requirements. This deal tray is commonly used in banks, ticket counters, offices, reception areas, and secure service windows.
Installation Steps (Silicone Sealant Method)-
1) Cut the counter opening to the required size per drawing.
2) Apply securing tape to the tray lip and counter edge for protection.
3) Apply a bead of clear silicone to the underside of the tray lip.
4) Place the tray into the opening, allow silicone to cure, then trim excess.
