Padlocks (not included) cannot be pried or pulled out. Heavy-duty hinge is staked and welded to prevent the hinge pin from being driven out to break in. Heavy-duty 1 in steel locking arm holds the lid open. Easy access 3-3/8 in tall caster bolsters for adding optional casters (not included).
