Automatic carriage lock for reduction of movement that causes snipe without need for manual engagement by user. Two-speed gear box allows user to change feed speed to optimize cuts per inch at 96 or 79 cpi. Fan assisted chip ejection vacuums chips off the cutter-head and exhausts them out of the machine. Material removal gauge and extra-large thickness scale for accurate cuts. Extra-large turret depth stop. Standard equipment is dust hose adapter and dust ejection chute.
