Product Overview
The Diamond Farrier Co. DC000HB Classic Heeled Horseshoe is forged from high-quality steel, designed for durability and ease of shaping, either hot or cold, to fit both front and hind hooves. It features an improved V-crease for secure nail fit and enhanced pitch control, along with built-in sole relief. Heel caulks are forged in the horse's line of travel, providing additional traction in rugged environments and sport applications. The shoe incorporates a wide web for increased bearing surface and hoof wall support, and a full 1/8-inch wide crease to permit deep seating of nail heads. Precision-spaced and punched nail holes accommodate City Head or Slim nails. An increased inside shoe taper offers added relief from snow and clay build-up. This lightweight, symmetrical design measures 4-1/2 inches in length, 4 inches in width, and 1/4 inch in thickness for Size 000.
