The SSP2000 can help you save on your sealed unit costs. This press allows you to make individual IG units as needed, or make them all day long. The thermal press has a roller bed for smooth insertion & removal of each sealed unit and reduce scratching. It can accomodate a variety of air spaces with a simple one handed adjustment.
A thermostat controls the heating element to provide an average temperature of 120ºººº - 160ººººF (48 - 71ººººC). Units are firmly pressed between 2 carpeted steel platens. Quick setup for producing triple pane and stained glass sealed units. Grids and muntin bars are no problem.
