Durvet 001-1070 DuraMectin Paste is an anthelmintic and boticide formulated for oral administration to horses. It contains 1.87% ivermectin as its active ingredient. This broad-spectrum paste provides effective treatment and control of various internal parasites, including large and small strongyles, pinworms, ascarids, hairworms, large-mouth stomach worms, bots (oral and gastric stages), lungworms, intestinal threadworms, summer sores caused by Habronema and Draschia spp. cutaneous third-stage larvae, and dermatitis caused by neck threadworm microfilariae, Onchocerca spp. Each 0.21 oz (6.08g) syringe is designed to treat one horse weighing up to 1250 lbs, with an adjustable plunger allowing for precise dosing in 250 lb body weight increments. The formulation is safe for use in horses of all ages, including pregnant mares and breeding stallions, when administered as directed. It is not intended for human use.
