DUTTON-LAINSON 2-Speed Manual Trailer Winch Dutton-Lainson Company pulling winches are best suited for boat trailer and other horizontal pulling applications which require the freewheeling features of ratchet type winches. Features include: Laminated, high carbon steel gears for longer lifeAll gears in models DLx1200 through DL3500B are heat treated for increased strengthPermanently lubricated bearings on drive shafts are maintenance-freeHeavy duty steel handles with ergonomic molded gripsDrive shaft gears are copper brazed for durabilityRigid, welded reel construction for added strengthLoad matched gear ratios for easier crankingAll plated parts are zinc plated TUFFPLATE finishSlotted mounting holes for easy installationHeavy gauge embossed and reinforced steel bases for extra strengthRatcheting handle is available for models DLC1800 and DLx1900 when cranking space is limitedWinches freewheel when the ratchet pawl is disengagedAll models except DL3500B are equipped with slots in reel for easy installation of optional strap (strap sold separately)Available in powder coated matte black or zinc plated TUFFPLATE finishD-L pulling winches are not recommended for lifting applications.
