It prepares surfaces for strong solvent cement bonding, leaving a visible tint for verification, with application via a separate dauber or cloth.Specs: 1 gallon (128 oz) capacity; low-VOC, meets ASTM F656 and NSF/ANSI 61 standards.Application: Apply with a separate dauber or cloth to pipe and fitting surfaces; do not wipe off; follow with cement while wet.
